Brewing Guide

  • Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil (100°C).
  • Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
  • Place in your cup or teapot and pour over the hot water.
  • Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser.

  • Brew your tea hot first: bring water to a gentle boil, then steep 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of tea for 3–5 minutes.
  •  Let it cool slightly, then pour over a glass full of ice.
