Matcha Latte
- Sift ½ to 1 teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder into a cup or bowl.
- Add a splash of hot water (not boiling—about 80°C).
- Whisk in “M” motion until smooth and frothy.
- Top up with more hot water or your favourite warm milk.
Sip slowly. Let the moment be enough.
Cold
Iced Matcha
- Add ½ teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder to a small amount of cold water.
- Whisk or shake until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Pour over ice and top with cold water or milk of choice.
Stir gently, breathe deeply, and enjoy.

A delicious matcha for lattes or smoothies. Does not have any bitterness and i like the steady focus i feel, rather than the crash after a coffee !
