Brewing Guide

  • Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil (100°C).
  • Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
  • Place in your cup or teapot and pour over the hot water.
  • Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser.

  • Place 1 filter bag in your cup and pour over the hot water.
  • Brew for 3–5 minutes.

Take a breath. Let this be a pause in your day.

  • Place 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into a jug of cold water.
  • Cover and steep in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours - or overnight for a deeper infusion.
  • Strain if needed, then enjoy over ice or as is.
  • Brew your tea hot first: bring water to a gentle boil, then steep 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of tea for 3–5 minutes.
  •  Let it cool slightly, then pour over a glass full of ice.
  •  Add fruit or herbs if it feels right.

Relaxing tea
This blend looks beautiful, with flower petals mixed in. It is a soothing blend of flavours, with liquorice root providing warmth.

This tea may be used as an actual cleanse. You may need to tweak the amount you steep daily, especially if it's been awhile. I normally do and eight day cleanse, and by day four my body is noticeably already in better balance! What's more, is I have used all sorts of supplements to cleanse in the past, and Kintra's tea is a fraction of the price
