Brewing Guide

Hot
- Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil (100°C).
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
- Place in your cup or teapot and pour over the hot water.
- Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser.

- Place 1 filter bag in your cup and pour over the hot water.
- Brew for 3–5 minutes.

Cold
- Place 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into a jug of cold water.
- Cover and steep in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours - or overnight for a deeper infusion.
- Strain if needed, then enjoy over ice or as is.
- Brew your tea hot first: bring water to a gentle boil, then steep 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of tea for 3–5 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly, then pour over a glass full of ice.
- Add fruit or herbs if it feels right.

This tea is my everyday morning cuppa. I stopped having caffeine but still wanted that little bit of bitterness you get with regular tea or coffee. I love a good strong chai spice and I also love that I can put milk in and make it creamy. Lovely with soy milk.

My favourite herbal tea!! I'm caffiene intolerant and it's been so hard to find something to replace my love for coffee and black tea. I have tried other Dandie teas and haven't enjoyed them. But there is something about this blend that is so warm, rich and inviting. It is now taken star place in my tea cupboard that hosts around 30 teas at any time. I've already bought 4 jars in the last month or so. Two were a present because I wanted to share the love.
