Brewing Guide

Hot
- Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil (100°C).
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
- Place in your cup or teapot and pour over the hot water.
- Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser.

- Brew for 3–5 minutes.

Cold
- Place 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into a jug of cold water.
- Cover and steep in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours - or overnight for a deeper infusion.
- Strain if needed, then enjoy over ice or as is.
- Brew your tea hot first: bring water to a gentle boil, then steep 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of tea for 3–5 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly, then pour over a glass full of ice.
- Add fruit or herbs if it feels right.

I’m so glad I found this Kintra Sleepy tea! The ingredients seem fresh - you can actually see whole flowers and leaves, no powdery mixes here. All those natural ingredients work really well together. The infusion smells wonderful and tastes even better. My new nightly ritual before bed - so calming and relaxing. Just wish the package listed the country of origin.
